Unexpected lift after pass the gate.

Flew the suit too steep and realized very late that my aiming point is the last hill. Flattened out the suit to clear the hill. Instant pitch after clearing, had a 135 right. Was aiming for a clear spot in the woods but there was strange north-wind so canopy went steeper as normal. Had a tree landing after 19s under canopy. Lessons were learned

5:30 bus, no wind, QNH 1018, 25°C in the landing, 41s canopy ride

Went steeper than first jump. Felt better, but I got the shimmy wobbles. Could have waited longer before pulling.

Tried to not go too steep. I think I need to go steeper.
